  Question:I recently bought asony PCGA-BPZ51 battery and I got so excited that I forgot I’m usually suppose to charge my electronics before turning them on. Now I’m afraid that I burned my battery life.So I’m questioning if i buy new one , how long does YOUR laptop battery or usual laptops battery life last for?

Answer:battery life 4 sony’s laptop is generally 3 to 4 hour if regular program are in process…(after 100%charge.) for any laptop ,mobile..battery the habit 4 charging but if one time u cut off d power then till the low battery symbol can not charge d battery….its increase  battery life.when you battery can’t use you should buy new one( Dell Inspiron 9400 battery , Dell U4873 battery , Dell Inspiron 6000 battery , Dell Inspiron 9300 battery ) and retain use way that way you battery last longer .

  Question :I have asony PCGA-BP2E batteryand  use in school and it is  a travel battery. At the beginning of the year, the two put together will last up to 6 hours and ill just plug it in when i get home. And now, the battery seems to last only 3 hours, and i plug it in all night at home. What should i do to make the battery last longer again?
  Answer:charge it 100%, then let it die all the way several times. You may be able to erase its time memory this way. You probably messed it up in the first place by not letting battery  fully die before you plugged it when you  back in. You may have to get an new battery(Dell Latitude D520 battery , Dell Inspiron 3800 battery , Dell Inspiron 4000 battery , Dell Inspiron 4100 battery ), if you are still within warranty, you might be able to get one for free from the retailer or manufacturer.

  Question:I’ve had mySony laptop batteryfor just over a year. I tend to keep the charger plugged in most of the time but i’ve noticed that whenever I unplug it the battery does not last long before I have to recharge. Is there anything I can do to help make it lasts longer?

  Answer:If it is set correctly, the battery needs to be replaced. The best way to use a laptop is to let the battery go as low as possible and then plug it in to allow a full charge.   Question:I have just got a new sony VGP-BPL2 batteryas my old one was only lasting 15 mins, Now i have a new battery what is the best way to make it lasts longer, as in life span. I want the laptop for long periods of time 6 hours + sometimes, Is it best to leave the ac adapter plugged in? Or need removing the battery ?Or buy some new ?

  Answer: If it is plugged in and not charging, that it wont use the battery at all. There really isn’t a lot to about laptop battery life.   Question :my laptop’s original sony VGP-BPL5A batteryhas been dead for one year ago  and i’ve been using the adaptor for power.  recently i  bought asony VGP-BPL1 batteryonline but i have a problem. i can’t turn on my laptop with just the battery. i need to plug the adaptor first before turning it on and then i can unplug it. after that the laptop would operate normally unless i turn it off then i have to plug it again. what could be the problem? is it the battery? thanks!

Answer:If you bought a replacement battery only, normally it not the same specs as the original ones… you have to check if it has the same mAm and  and have it charged in full.The best way is buy other type battery : Dell 1691P battery , Dell G5266 battery , Dell Inspiron 9400 battery , Dell U4873 battery , Dell Inspiron 6000 battery , Dell Inspiron 9300 battery. Use this battery  you problem will be solve.

  Question:I have a  Toshiba PA2522U-1BAS batterywhich is 5 years old, the battery is run out very quickly so i have to keep putting on charge all the time. Does anyone know when the battery eventually packs up can i use Laptop constantly on mains power?Or i have a new one .
  Answer:yes! you can keep it on 24hrs a day, but take the battery off first, leaving the battery on while it is plugged into mains all the time will only shorten the life of the battery any way. Also leaving the battery on whilst on mains all the time is a fire risk.If you believe me you should buy new one ,for example:   Toshiba PA3084U-1BAS battery , Toshiba PA3084U-1BRS battery , Toshiba PA3098U-1BAS battery , Toshiba PA3098U-1BRS battery I believe you are a wise man .

  Question: I have a Toshiba PA2487U battery, and they say don’t overcharge about laptops barrery, but if my battery is fully charged and im on a power, is that still considered bad, and only charge full then discharge…? What should i do ?
  Answer: It is ONLY possible 2 overcharge if you are using a wrong ac adaptor or power supply with factory supplied power adaptors this should not happen ! they have a built-in cut-off switch which stop charging the batteries, If its can’t change .you should buy new one .underside I give you some model battery: Toshiba PA3084U-1BAS battery , Toshiba PA3084U-1BRS battery , Toshiba PA3098U-1BAS battery , Toshiba PA3098U-1BRS battery.

  Question:I’ve had my ASUS M9V batterysince Christmas of 07, and when I turn it on it say something about my battery not being recognized.. And when its recharged 100% it only lasts 32 mins.. It used to last 2 hours. Is there something I can do to make it last longer Or do I have to buy a new battery..?

Answer:My laptop battery  has two levers to move. The lock “switch” and the release lever. Make sure you release both. If it’s swolen then there might be other issues. I would take it to a repair center or a knowledgeble tech ask about the battery .
