  Question:I just bough a new laptop with a IBM ThinkPad T43 battery. How do I condition the battery? Am I suppose to charge or discharge it right away
  Answer:You don’t “condition” it. You just use it like normal.You should remember, its a couple hundred dollar laptop battery.  Question:My laptop will not turn on off of its sony VGP-BPS2 battery  power if the batter life is less than about 60%. It will make a click, like it is trying to turn on, but nothing happens…. I plug in the AC power then everything is just fine and I unplug it once the computer powers up and I can work on it for a couple hours no problem. Please help! Thanks!
  Answer: shows the symptoms of a dead or dying battery. But the fact that you say it runs for a couple of hours kinda contradicts that.. so I would just call it a defective battery for now,

  Question:Will i waste my sony PCGA-BP1N battery  if i put it in hibernate?I want to buy with adaptor’s battery.and would you help me ?

  Question:I have a sony PCGA-BP71 battery   but any answers would be helpful. I’m afraid mine is not holding the charge.How long is a laptop battery supposed to hold it’s charge?
  Answer:batteries start deteriorating or derating beyond 1 1/2 years on average; a 4 cell may derate after only a years usage !another 4 - 6 months of activity & derating is pretty steep.check above facts & lemme know if i can help further in matter

      Yesterday,mr zhang who lives near the market went to buy vegetables,but suddenly a scrap battery was touched on his head and at once he had the headache heavily.Mr zhang was furious with this thing, because this may lead people injury and the battery is a big pollution to our environment.

Question: I bought a second hp laptop one day. Anyways before I bought I played with it and everything worked wonderful. The battery HP OmniBook 6000 battery lasted for 3 hours. However when I bought it, the battery won’t hold a charge. I charged it until it saying it was fully charged. Then that night I was playing with it for a half hour and then the battery died.Am I doing something wrong or is the battery actually dead now?
