My laptop will not turn on with the power cord

Question:My laptop will not turn on with the power cord or charge Dell Latitude D410 battery . Do I need a new battery or is my laptop fried?
Answer:Maybe make sure that all of the wires are plugged in right. You could always take it to Office Max or somewhere else and ask them, but they may tip the scales so that you end up buying something from them.
If it alway bad ,you will buy new battery .
