What does capacy 35wh mean for laptop batteries?

my 2 cents to the battery capacity:
35Wh / 14V = 2500mAh what is pretty low (in best case it can run a Core Solo notebook with onboard graphics for 2 hours, without using the CD/DVD drive).
A good notebook battery should have a capacity of 80 - 85 Wh to run a Core Duo notebook with dedicated graphics including the use of the CD/DVD drive to last for about 3 hours.
